BERLIN, Aug 29 (PRIME) -- The European sanctions against Russia will be lifted once the reasons for them disappear, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Tuesday at an annual press conference.
Merkel said that fulfillment of the Minsk agreements on peace in Ukraine is obligatory to discuss the lifting of the sanctions.
